Veloria Commitment

Veloria’s original paintings instantly elevate any space through rich color palettes and masterful techniques that embody a contemporary, inviting lifestyle.

Before your Veloria piece begins its journey to you, we’ll share photos and videos, allowing you to preview its beauty and ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision. We’ll ship it after receiving your enthusiastic approval.

At Veloria, each frame is a testament to quality craftsmanship. We use premium pine wood and robust finger joints, meticulously inspected by expert artisans, ensuring a frame built to last. A protective gesso coating adds extra stiffness and longevity, safeguarding your artwork for years to come.

Our artists bring their visions to life using non-toxic oil paints on the finest linen canvas. This creates artwork that not only captivates but also endures, resisting humidity, remaining odor-free, and retaining its vibrant colors over time.

Your Veloria masterpiece will arrive at your doorstep with complimentary express shipping, fully insured for your peace of mind. We meticulously package each artwork to ensure its safe journey via World’s Most Premier Shipping Lines as DHL Express, FedEx and UPS Express that can deliver in 4-8 business days worldwide.

Because each artwork is created, framed, and quality-checked with meticulous care, please allow 3 to 7 business days for the painting process before shipping, and some times it may take longer depending on weather for dry down of painting according to its rich texture density. This ensures your piece receives the attention it deserves.

At Veloria, your satisfaction is our ultimate masterpiece. If, for any reason, your artwork doesn’t capture your heart within 30 days of receiving it, simply let us know. We offer free returns and the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to have your piece recreated to perfectly match your vision.

Refund policy

Imagine owning a piece of art tailored exclusively to your vision. Our artists can create unique, personalized artwork based on your specific preferences, including subject matter, size, orientation, color scheme, and style. Contact us at veloriafineart@outlook.com to begin the conversation.

Once my original painting was finished, I was sent images to review as had been promised. They made a couple of suggested changes, and sent me more images, which I approved. The final painting was safely rolled and packaged, and it arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Thanks!
